Virtual Office Rates - Drop-in Plan

Base rent includes use of our executive workstations on a drop-in basis up to 10 hours/month and includes a business mailing address and use of our printer/fax/copy machine.
Use of the private offices on an hourly basis requires a minimum base rent of $50/month.
Our online calendar allows you to easily view availability of the private offices and reserve your time slot.
For $100/month you get up to 40 hours/month. This is the equivalent of 1 day/week, but you choose how and when to use your 40 hours.
Workshops/Group Meetings
All four workstations in the open floor plan can be rented in the evenings and weekends for workshops or group meetings. The space accommodates 6-10 people depending on your needs.
Hourly: $20/hour
Half day or evening (4 hours): $75
Whole day (more than 4 hours): $100
Note that these rates are for NSO Members. Non-members will
need to pay an additional $75 setup fee.
Executive Workstations
These rates assume an assigned day or days each week (e.g., every Monday for $70/month).
1 day a week: $70/month
2 days a week: $100/month
5 days a week: $200/month
